In this version of my Palette Prompt “Summer Bouquet,” I used the following supplies:
8.5”x 5.25” Watercolor album, Neo-Color II, watercolor brush, instant photo, self-inking date stamp, fine-line marker, masking tape.
For this layout, I “scribbled” my palette with Neo Color II and then used my watercolor brush, creating a completely different look than my last post, where I used mixed-media paper and left the Neo Color II as a “scribble.”
