Summer Art Camp for Teen Girls: Ages 12-17

10a-3pm M-F
Monday-Thursday, our home base will be in downtown Rochester, at Fagan Studios. From there, we’ll walk to Silver Lake and a go on few other “field trips” that are within walking distance. We’ll create in studio, in nature and in the community.
Friday we will spend all day at Quarry Hill Park creating in nature, hiking and exploring.
Our big project will be creating an art journal that they will fill to the brim with their creations, discoveries, journaling and scripture studies throughout the week. Handmade paper, affirmation art cards and more are on the agenda, as well!
Lessons in faith with be centered around living a gospel-centered life out in the “real” world. What does the Word say vs. what world says. We will practice scripture studies, quiet time and create in our art journals.
Main Scripture study will be the book Ephesians: Walking in Jesus’ footsteps and knowing who we are in Christ and believing that He has big plans for us!

+Local women in business pouring into your daughter with their special skills! We will practice with a yoga instructor, visit with a wellness coach + RN and be led in a mindfulness exercise.
My intent is for the girls to feel confident in their ability to manage their own well-being and mindset through art, faith, nature, mindfulness, yoga and nutrition. I don’t just want to instruct it; I want to immerse them in it!
